回头客
Old customer
【注音】huí tóu kè
【解释】因对服务感到满意而再次光临的顾客。
Hui tou ke are those who visit again because of good service.
【例子】
例：不要希望火车站旁边的餐馆有什么好的服务，因为他们那儿客流量大得很，他们不需要什么回头客。
Ex.：Don’t expect any good service at restaurants near the railway station, because they have too many visitors. They don’t care for having any old customers.
 

和稀泥

【注音】huó xī ní
【解释】不讲原则地调节争端或矛盾。中文叫和稀泥的人为“和事佬”。
Mediate differences at the sacrifice of principle, try to smooth things over. This kind of people who are more concerned with stopping the bickering than settling the issue are called “peacemaker” in Chinese
【例子】
例：一个单位有时候也需要一个和稀泥的人，这样很多矛盾容易解决。

Ex.：Sometimes, people who play the role of a peacemaker is also needed in one unit, so that conflicts can be settled easier.
