Event Summary:
The 14th Shanghai Art Fair 2010 (shàng hǎi yì shù bó lǎn huì 上海艺术博览会), as Asia’s celebrated art exchange with long history and high internationalization degree, will be grandly held from Sept.8-12 at Shanghai MART, continuing the scale as before, presenting domestic and overseas collectors a gorgeous art event in Shanghai as well.

Exhibition's Profile:
Shanghai Art Fair, established in 1997, has been successfully held under the support of S Saulterretimized art event, which not only bridged the gap between worldwide and Shanghai, public and art, but also shaped a paradigm for the domestic art fairs.
Shanghai Art Fair is a highly influential platform for promoting the cultural communication between China and foreign countries and prospering China’s art market.More than 1,000 art galleries, organizations, agencies from over 50 countries and areas participated in this lively art exchange during the past dozen years. Many original artworks from the world-class masters, such as Picasso, Rembrandt, Chagall, Dali, Renoir, Monet, Zhu Dequn, Qi Baishi, Xu Beihong, Zhang Daqian, made the debut in China or Asia through the great stage established by Shanghai Art Fair.

Exhibitor's Profile:
•Potential participants: foreign and domestic galleries, art companies, art institutions such as art academies and etc.
•Artwork categories: modern and contemporary artworks from China and foreign countries, including paintings, sculptures, videos, photography, and installation views and etc.

Promotion and Service:
Through various media and Internet resources, the Committee will introduce exhibits and exhibitors' information to art collectors, art critics in order to boom the influence. Preview Evening where collectors, artists and art critics are gathered will be held the night before opening ceremony. The Committee preferentially offers various services as interpreters, accommodation, booking return tickets, renting tools, ordering custom-made frames and base, stationery and so on. All the service refers to the Service Manual establish by the Committee.

Security:
From the installation to dismantling day, the guardians will be on patrol 24 hours a day in the venue. In order to guarantee the security, guardians are entitled to refuse anyone to take the exhibits out of the venue without the Exhibit Leaving Card.
