Event Summary: China Education Expo (zhōng guó guó jì jiāo yù zhǎn 中国国际教育展) 2010, approved by Ministry of Education and sponsored by China Education Association for International Exchange (CEAIE), will be open its door to all that wishing to study abroad on 16 October, 2010 and will cover Dalian, Xi’an, Shanghai, Chengdu and Yunnan in the following weeks.
China event viewed as an opportunity for overseas school to expand their presence in the world's potentially largest recruitment market, therefore has been sponsored last year by 15 national pavilions including Australia, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, the Netherlands, UK and the US, and some 540 overseas schools from 30 countries and regions attracted around 68,000 visitors in five cities across China.
Apart from information booths where visitors will be able to collect relevant information from representatives of the participating institutions, presentations will also be made where students can find out more about study opportunities and scholarship programmes.
