                Liuyang Cave
Liuyang Cave
(liǔ yáng dòng 柳羊洞) is located in Bama Yao Autonomous County (bā mǎ yáo zú zì zhì xiàn 巴马瑶族自治县), Hechi City (hé chí shì 河池市) of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (guǎng xī zhuàng zú zì zhì qū 广西壮族自治区). It is about 1800 meters long. The average height of the cave is more than 50 meters, with the width of about 40 meters. In the cave, there are running waters and fresh air.

Liuyang CaveEntering the cave, you will hear the noise of the flowing water. Some are falling from the roof of the cave, pouring down in the pool on the peak of the stalactites. Down the stalactite, there are the terraces. The ridge of the terrace is flat but zigzag, formed by the magma. Every field of the terrace is full of water that flowing from the upper one.

The running water produces the gorgeous sceneries in Liuyang Cave. There are stalactites in various shapes, some are like the goat, some are like a group of monkeys climbing the mountain, and some are like the cock crowing at dawn. All of them are vivid and true to life. The scenic spots are well proportioned. When you think that there are no other sceneries, looking back, there is a stone monkey standing there, putting his palms together devoutly.

When you traveling in the cave, the fresh air and the gorgeous sceneries will make you relax and cozy. You will forget all the trivial matters in the daily life.
