Product Presentation Seminars

A series of product presentation seminars spanning one hour each will be held concurrently with the Work Boat China 2009 exhibition.

Exhibitors can utilise the product presentation seminar sessions as a marketing tool to gather numerous potential clients in one room to present them with details of their new products or services.

altThe organisers will promote the product presentation seminars through a series of advertisements and press releases, however, exhibitors will only obtain the best results through personalised invitation to their potential customers.

Product presentation efforts will enhance exhibiting results, however there are only limited time slots for product presentations, so early bookings are recommended.

General Information

  • Booths are allocated on a first-come-first served basis.
  • Cancellation Policy: i) Exhibitors cancelling space 12 weeks or more prior to the exhibition will forfeit their 10% deposit. ii) Cancellations received from exhibitors six – 12 weeks prior to the exhibition will forfeit 50% of the total stand value. iii) Any exhibitor cancelling within six weeks of the commencement of the exhibition will forfeit the full amount of the stand value. iv) Exhibitors will be liable for any outstanding funds due to the exhibition organisers as per the terms and conditions which accompany invoices. ? Exhibits and equipment are brought into the building at the exhibitor’s risk. General security will be provided, however, the Organiser will not be responsible for any damage/loss of property kept in the booth.
  • Exhibitors agree to comply with the move-in/move-out schedule provided by the Organiser.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the site layout, floor plan and other details as they consider fit in the interest of the Work Boat China 2009 altExhibition.
