PROMOTION PLAN

A well-planned publicity programme will be launched throughout China, Hong Kong, Asia and the rest of the world which include

1. Comprehensive direct mailings of invitations to manufacturers, importers, distributors, retailers, etc.;

2. Effective advertisements, press releases and arrangement of special features in public media, trade publications, newspapers, periodicals and electronic media;

3. Regular posting of advertisement and release of information on professional jewellery websites to recruit exhibitors and visitors;

4. Promotional trips to international trade fairs in major cities with the aim of inviting trade buyers to the Fair;

5. Holding conferences and other functions during the Fair in order to foster the relationships and enhance communication between worldwide traders and professionals.

6. Organize local and overseas group visits to the “9th Beijing International Jewellery Fair” and Beijing scenic spots.

7th Beijing International Jewellery Fair

The 7th Beijing International Jewellery Fair gathered 350 exhibitors from China and 23 countries and areas to showcase all kinds of jewellery, diamonds, pearls, gold, jadeite, precious stones, palladium, platinum, silver, together with packaging materials, manufacturing machinery, gemstone identification instruments, etc. The Fair also attracted over 16,000 visitors from more than 10 countries and areas, including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan Area, Singapore, Malaysia, Russia, Japan, U.S.A., Italy, Australia, etc., to preview the latest exhibits, replenish stocks, negotiate year-end orders and make way for the effective marketing strategies.

More than 20 jewelers from Taiwan Area, who were first-time exhibitors, participated at the Fair. The “Taiwan Pavilion” showcased a wide variety of exhibits on jade, diamond, ruby and

sapphire, jadeite, coral, etc.
