ISSA/INTERCLEAN China 2007 A Solid Success

Even Typhoon Wipha was unable to stop ISSA/INTERCLEAN China 2007 from being a successful show, drawing approximately the same number of visitors to Shanghai as last year’s inaugural event. During the week of ISSA/INTERCLEAN China, Typhoon Wipha caused Chinese authorities to evacuate 2 million people and close airports, schools and public offices.

However, ISSA/INTERCLEAN China opened its doors as scheduled, and after three days, the event had attracted a total of 2,776 visitors. Both organisers and exhibitors are already looking forward to next year’s edition in Macau, which is expected to draw an even more diverse audience from China and Asia-Pacific.
