Time after time
The Hong Kong Watch & Clock Fair has been running for over a quarter of a century now - the 2008 fair will be the 27th edition. Each year it enhances its reputation by creating the ideal environment in which business can flourish.

Expectations fulfilled
In 2007, 800 exhibitors came from 18 countries & regions to show off their latest timepieces, including group pavilions from the Chinese mainland, Taiwan and Korea. Exhibitors knew they would meet international decision-makers and they were not disappointed. A total of 16,385 trade visitors attended, from 100 countries & regions.

Ticking heart
Hong Kong, with its own important watch industry and its superb supporting services, is the perfect location for this fair. From January to August 2007, Hong Kong's total exports of watches & clocks were already up 4.8% over the same period in 2006, reaching more than US$3.9 billion.
The world-class Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre is located in Hong Kong's commercial heart, Wanchai, a bustling and easily accessible centre of business, shopping and entertainment.

Information gathering
As the world's largest fair of its kind, the Hong Kong Watch & Clock Fair is a treasure trove of market information. Its exhibits offer an overview of the global industry and its attendance by thousands of industry peers offers huge networking possibilities.
Its value is further enhanced by the Asian Watch Conference, with experts from around the world sharing their insights.
For a look at how design trends are developing in the region, the winning entries in the 25th Hong Kong Watch & Clock Design Competition will be on display.

In good hands
The Hong Kong Trade Development Council is known around the world for excellence in professional organisation. HKTDC has highly developed expertise in visitor promotion and uses its global network to full effect. It also organises buying missions from both established and developing markets. At the 2007 event, 55 buying missions representing 1,182 companies from 41 countries and regions were present.
