Import notices for the inbound exchange students

1.       Upon arrival, please submit three photos (two-inch full size with red background) to International Affairs Office for student ID card processing along with 30 yuan of card production fee.

2.       For the first two weeks of each semester, students could sit in any classes they like. Thereafter, all the students have to enter the website of Academic Affairs Office within limited time to register for courses they have chosen. No changes may be made after the deadline.

3.       After finishing the program, Jinan University will issue an official copy of transcript to each exchange student which will be mailed back directly to the partner university.

4.       All the exchange students must move out of the dormitories within 7 days of completion of their study program.
