1. Establishing contact: The client contacts us for information and negotiates an initial agreement through telephone, email or personal visit.

2. Signing the Agreement on Translation Service or Translation Entrustment Agreement.Translating.

3. Transferring the translated content to the client in the form agreed upon.

4. Payment options:

1)Bank transfer to Account No. 04165108091001, Huangshidong Office, Bank of China; Account Name: Guangzhou Foreign Language Human Resource Consultation and Service Company

2)Cash paymentA 60% prepayment should be completed prior to translation.

5. Follow-up service: The client may require revision to the translation provided that no alteration has been done to the original text. An extra fee is applicable to any revision to the translation of altered original text.
