Business Overview
Built in 1694, Yonghegong was the former residence of Emperor Yonghegong before he ascended the throne. It is also the largest Tibetan Buddhist monastery in the Beijing city, as well as across Chinese mainland.

The rich collection preserved in the temple includes great numbers of precious Buddhist statues, Thangkas, religious articles and vessels, as well as clothing, porcelain and daily items used by different ethnic groups.

Many of the exhibits preserved here were valuable gifts presented to the Qing imperial court and the lama temple by Tibetan aristocrats and eminent monks from the 16th century. These well-preserved items have exceptional historical as well as artistic value.
