Established on April 9, 2002, Shanghai Human Resources Consulting Association (SHRCA) is a cross-sector, trans-ownership and non-profit industry organization as legal person organized voluntarily by HR intermediary enterprises and institutions in Shanghai.

SHRCA currently has 194 members of various ownerships, boasting broad market coverage and professional, standard services. Its members have strong influence and substantial advantages in HR intermediary industry.

SHRCA's mission is to abide by the Constitution, laws, regulations and policies of the state, protect the legal rights and interests of HR intermediaries, strengthen the coordination between and self-discipline of the members, regulate the business activities, ensure the market order, promote the healthy development of Shanghai HR intermediary market, and comply with social morality.
