Established on April 10, 2002, Shanghai Construction Engineering Test Industry Association (SCETIA) is a non-profit social organization as legal person organized voluntarily by of construction testing entities in Shanghai.
SCETIA's mission is to abide by the Constitution, laws and regulations, implement the guidelines and policies of CPC and the government, assist the government in industry management, protect the legal rights and interests of the members, conduct the functions of industry service, industry self-discipline, industry representation and industry coordination, and make active contribution to improving the overall construction engineering quality of Shanghai.
