Responsibility：
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers in placing orders over the internet, via chat and phone, and resolving any issues related to understanding order status, cancelling an order, obtaining a refund or store credit, opting out of marketing e-mails, and general inquiries regarding BallaBuy shopping experience. This is accomplished by responding to chat inquiries and e-mails in a timely manner that addresses the core issue of the customer inquiry. The majority of inquiries should be resolved in the first response.
Requirement:
Above average grammar, syntax, & spelling. Ability to maintain a conversational and polite tone consistently over phone and web chat Must have the ability to navigate multiple applications. Must be proficient in Windows applications including: e-mail; MS Word,Excel and Internet Explorer (all required). Ability to adapt to departmental policy changes. Excellent attitude. native US citizen
