Job Description
Lead online advertising team, including Facebook and mobile advertisement and data analysis. Drive user acquisition and media buying for Facebook and mobile shopping app across various paid advertising channels and partnerships. Collaborate closely with operation team and Product manager to define product-marketing strategy (App Store creative, viral, social, and retention features). Track and analyze all campaigns and channels to provide performance analysis and identify opportunities for improvements and ROI optimization. Consumer insights, targeting, segmentation and media mix modeling

REQUIREMENTS
An expert on Facebook advertising ; Good analytical skills with a strong results-oriented and data-driven approach with a proficiency in Excel. Passion about shopping, online advertising and data analysis are a must! 3+ years of consumer marketing experience with experience managing campaigns as well as tactical implementation. Strong leadership and ability to juggle projects across multiple channels, networks and platforms; Aptitude to work outside of your comfort zone and get things done quickly native US citizen Chinese speaking and verbal skill is a plus
