The Museum of History of Taiping Heavenly Kingdom (tài píng tiān guó lì shǐ bó wù guǎn 太平天国历史博物馆) lies in the west of Nanjing Confucius Temple (fū zǐ miào 夫子庙) is the only national museum of particular history subject on the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom. The garden is a group of remaining buildings of classical garden of Ming Dynasty, covers an area of 18,000 square meters, with a construction area of 6000 square meters.

Xuanmiaoguan Taoist Temple

   Xuanmiaoguan Taoist Temple
Located in the Guanqian Street (guān qián jiē 观前街) in Suzhou City (sū zhōu shì 苏州市), Xuanmiaoguan Taoist Temple (xuán miào guàn 玄妙观), also called Temple of Mystery, was constructed in 276 A.D, during Western Jin Dynasty (xī jìn 西晋). It was originally called Zhenqing Taoist Temple (zhēn qìng dào yuàn 真庆道院), and changed its name into Xuanmiaoguan Taoist Temple in the year 1264. It expanded in the Song Dynasty (sòng cháo 宋朝, 960-1279), when it reached its greatest size. At that time, there are more than 30 halls in the temple. However, as time goes by, there are 23 halls. Nowadays, the Xuanmiaoguan Taoist Temple is worshiped widely in Suzhou City rather than the Buddhist Temple.

Purple-Gold Mountain or Zijin Mountain (zǐ jīn shān 紫金山) also known as Bell Mountain (zhōng shān 钟山) from Han dynasty (hàn dài 汉代), is located on the eastern suburb of Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, 447.1 m (1467 ft) high, with the lowest point 30 m (98 ft). The terrain of the Zijin Mountain is such a of great strategic importance that people used the words “like a coiling dragon and crouching tiger” (hǔ jù lóng pán 虎踞龙盘) to describe its strategical location and difficult access.
