China Transpo 2008, organized by the Ministry of Communications (MOC), and managed by China Academy of Transportation Sciences (CATS) and CCPIT Beijing Sub-council will be held on April 24-26 2008 in Beijing Exhibition Center, with the estimated total area of 40 thousands sqm. CHINA TRANSPO is the only International Event organized by MOC. After seven successful sessions ever since 1992, China Transpo has gone from strength to strength, and become the largest international show for transportation in China. China Transpo 2008 offers a prominent platform for the traffic and transport industry. The event will take place in conjunction with the Intertraffic China 2008 (International trade fair for infrastructure, traffic management, safety and parking).

第九届国际公路水运交通技术与设备展览会

主办单位：中华人民共和国交通部

由交通部主办、交通部科学研究院交通科技交流中心和北京市贸促会北京国际展览中心承办的“第九届国际公路水运交通技术与设备展览会”(CHINA TRANSPO 2008)将于2008年4月24日至26日在北京展览馆举行，室内外总展出面积将达到40,000平方米。

“国际公路水运交通技术与设备展览会”(CHINA TRANSPO, 简称：中国交通展)是唯一由交通运输部主办的国际性专业展览会，每两年举办一届。在国内外交通运输业同行的大力支持和主办、承办单位的共同努力下，该项展事已在北京连续举办了八届，参展厂商逐届增多。规模不断扩大。目前它已成为我国交通运输业内最有影响力、规模最大的国际展事，在国内外均享有较高声誉。

为进一步增强展会的国际性和吸引更多的国际观众，承办单位与荷兰RAI国际展览公司合作将享有国际品牌、在业内具有广泛影响的Intertraffic展览引入中国（INTERTRAFFIC CHINA），并与“国际公路水运交通技术与设备展览会”同期举办。
