Summary
The 1st China International Smart Grid Technology and Equipment Exhibition (Smart Gridtec) (zhōng guó guó jì zhì néng diàn wǎng shè bèi yǔ jì shù zhǎn lǎn huì 中国国际智能电网设备与技术展览会) will be held from 5 to 7 May 2011 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC). Smart Gridtec 2011 will focus on IT, automation and interaction, covering all the segments including power generation, transmission, distribution, utilization and scheduling so as to create opportunities for the rapid development of smart grid technology and equipment. Held concurrently with the exhibition is China Smart Grid Forum. Both local and international Industry leaders and experts in this specialized field will be invited speak at the meeting. The topics include intelligent network technology standards, distributed energy, smart power distribution automation, intelligent home and building, electric vehicle charging stations and other major applications.
