CIMPS 2011 (zhōng guó guó jì chuán bó gōng yè bó lǎn huì 中国国际船舶工业博览会) is to be held at Nanjing International Expo Centre on April 12-14, 2011, strongly supported by central China government and local governments at Provincial and Municipal levels. As China has strived into the top shipbuilding countries with around 3,000 shipbuilding related enterprises in China, CIMPS 2011, along with government sponsoring, market oriented operation and global promotion , is oriented to be an international, professional trade fair Brand and to demonstrate a leading position in maritime fairs.

CIMPS 2010 rented an exhibition space of 24,000 sqm, it attracted 416 exhibitors (including 39 brand shipyards) from 18 countries and regions like: Germany, Holland, Norway, Italy, France, Canada, Switzerland,Japan and so on. There are 51 overseas exhibitors with 3 "National Pavilion" come from UK, Korea and Finland. 2011 CIMPS is classified into 14 exhibition districts and the Committee has established exhibitor-visitor interactive membership system, with rich experiences of organizing large-scale international fairs!
