随大流
Do as the others do 【注音】suí dà liú
【解释】从众心理是一种普遍心理，跟大家一样，不会出现俗话说的“枪打出头鸟”。
“To do as the others do” is a common mentality，so that one will not court danger as the saying goes：“the bird out of the group will be shot.”
【例子】
例：做服装设计的必须有创新意识，不能随大流。
Ex.：As a fashion designer, one must pursue novelty instead of following the trend.
耍嘴皮子 Slick talk or lip service
【注音】shuǎ zuǐ pízi
【解释】卖弄口才，或光说不做。
Showing off one’s eloquence, or only doing glib talk with no action.
【例子】
例：我们需要实干的人，不要光耍嘴皮子的人。
Ex.：What we need is man of action but not those with lip service only.
事后诸葛亮 Be a Zhuge Liang only after something unpleasant has happened. Belated advice is useless no matter how wise it is.
【注音】shì hòu Zhūgé Liàng
【解释】事情过去了，再显示自己的先知先觉，就被人讽刺为事后诸葛亮，因为诸葛亮是事前知道事情的结果的。
This is used to satirize those people who only show their wise perception after the event, because the real Zhuge Liang would be able to foresee the consequences before they happened.
【例子】
例：做信息生意的人不能事后诸葛亮。
Ex.：Belated ideas cannot make you a successful businessman in information industry.
杀（煞）风景 Spoil the fun 【注音】shā（shà）fēng jǐng
【解释】让人扫兴的行动或事情。
This is used to describe something that spoils prople’s mood.
【例子】
例：这么漂亮的地方竖了这么多广告牌，真是杀风景。
Ex.：So many advertising signs really spoil this beautiful place.
