Porridges

Longan Porridge with Jujube

This porridges soothes skin, enriches the blood, and ensures a restful sleep.

Ingredients:

1 cup of ric or sticky rice

8 dried longan pulps

6 dried jujubes

6-8 cups of water

Shanyao Porridge with Wolfberry

Chinese Wild Yam                                  Wolfberry




Shanyao, the Chinese Yam is a beneficial plant. This porridge helps regulate blood pressure, improve kidney deficiencies, and reduces fatigue.

Ingredients:

1 cup of rice

200g of Chinese Wild Yam

20 wolfberries

6-8 cups of Water

Red Bean Porridge with Walnut

2/3 cup of red beans

100g of walnuts

7-8 cups of water

Tomato Porridge with Shiitake Mushroom

1/2 tomato
